When using --local acutally wait for fio processes
to finish and then gather results back to the host
system.
--local allows to run independent fio instances
on guest systems, avoiding fio client-server mode.
This will come in handy when trying to run fio bdev
plugin with virtio bdevs in guest systems.
At the moment fio plugin does not work in client-
server mode, so "local" must be used"

run_fio.py was initially added (as the name suggests)
to run fio workloads on VM guests in client-server
mode during vhost tests.
Over time some of it's functionality was moved to
test/vhost/common.sh, so at the moment this script just
creates a command string and starts it. Using separate
Python script is just an overkill.
run_fio.py also contained an option to measure
VMEXITS on the guest side, which is never run in tests.
If needed we can re-add it in other commits.

Do not use iter_pci_class_code function in tests to
iterate over NVMe drives. This function can return
drives which at the moment of execution can not be
whitelisted for use.
This can result in test errors (such as simply
bdev_nvme_attach_controller RPC command failing) or
even using and deleting data from NVMe drive which
was not meant to be used in tests.

Use provided configuration file via --disk-map option
instead of creating bdevs and VMs in ordered sequence
(e.g. 0 to 10, etc.).
This allows to:
- specify which NVMe device we want to use
(PCI BDF identifier)
- how to name it in SPDK nvme bdev configuration
- how many splits or lvol bdevs to create on this device
- which VMs should use created bdevs
With CPU mask configuration file this allows to better
control resources when running the test (especially in
case of NUMA optimization where using sequential for/while
loops is not a good approach).
vm_count and max_disks parameters removed. These are not
needed anymore as they're controlled by config file.
Example of config file contents:
(BDF,Spdk NvmeBdev name,Split count,VM list)
0000:1b:00.0,Nvme1,2,2 3
0000:89:00.0,Nvme3,4,4 5 6 7

nesting the way we do our timing.
This patch series is aimed at combining the timing_*, run_test, and

reduce the number of lines of code in our bash scripts devoted to
tracking timing, formatting, and test completion. It will also enable us
to expand on the reporting of test completions. Further down the line,
this will also allow us to unify test case documentation.

Patch b6af628 while addressing Shellcheck 2088,
broke the pathing to integrity_vm.sh within VM.
Originally tilde was used within quotes so it didn't expand,
since cmd was executed as root the path was correct on VM.
After the change the path was changed to $HOME, making it
actually expand on the host system (not VM). Path was made
incorrect.
Since we already scp to /root/, it shouldn't
be an issue to use that path in explicitly when executing.
This fixes recent nightly run failures.

This was changed recently to enable a shell coding style checker, but $*
does not represent the number of arguments supplied to the function,
rather it is an alternative version of $@ that stores all arguments in a
single string. So we should be checking against an empty string and not
0.
By checking against 0, every time we passed 0 into vm_wait_for_boot, we
tried booting every vm in that directory. This causes errors on nightly
tests and intermittent failures during per-patch testing.

A sub-team over a year ago agreed that there was not enough value
in checking test plans in to the repo as they require maintenance
and their primary purpose is not to document how the module is tested
but to facilitate discussion during test development. It was agreed
that we would use the review system to iterate on test plans but once
the actual tests were developed that the plan would not get checked in.
This patch just removes those that were likely in the repo before that
discussion.

We know it's 'discover_bdevs' that hangs, but since it
doesn't produce any output (all redirected to null), we
can't get any relevant information out of it. The only
way to move forward is to rewrite this entire test from
scratch.

This patch adds functions in autotest_common.sh,
fio_bdev() and fio_nvme() for their respective plugins.
It simplifies its usage throughout the scripts.
Additionally will help with expanding the fio cmd
line with nessecary changes only in single place.
This will be used in next patch in series to
LD_PRELOAD ASAN before fio_plugin.
Note: Did not implement changes for perf scripts,
since they are usualy run separately and didn't want
to affect those.
Similarly didn't change vhost initiator tests,
because the exported directories do not work for
inside the VM. Will need to think of a way to change it
there as well.

There's a bug in Linux 5.1 (possibly 5.0 too) where
the kernel initiator driver crashes if it can't get
one queue per CPU. This will get fixed eventually,
but for now we need to remove the cases where we
restrict the number of queues per controller so that
we can test on newer kernels.
Even on cases where we're testing the SPDK initiator,
there's no real need to restrict the number of queue
pairs.
The kernel will eventually get fixed, but we should
be testing with default behavior anyways (the kernel
wants lots of queues). We'll also want to add some
regression tests to make sure the kernel doesn't
break again. But that will all come later.
