Szulik, Maciej acad335521 sock: change min recv/send buf sizes to 4 KiB ... The 2 MiB minimum may be not reasonable for some users, so it is changed to 4 KiB to allow wider range of possible values. The new default is introduced to keep backward compatibility (2 MiB).
