Tomasz Zawadzki f9fccbae63 lib/vhost: separate out vhost_user backend callbacks ... Previously spdk_vhost_dev_backend held callbacks for vhost_blk and vhost_scsi functionality, along with ones that are called by the vhost_user backend.
