Curt Bruns b89ad84532 nvme: add support for NVME_IOCTL_IO_CMD for cuse ... Nvme-cli uses NVME_IOCTL_IO_CMDs for "io-passthru" commands to cuse devices. This patch adds support for that IOCTL.
