matthewb f7b9f80b32 lib/nvmf : Fixed bad response if response is sent prior to _nvmf_request_complete being called ... If a response is returned prior to _nvmf_request_complete being called then the cid in the response is not set correctly and the PDU state is not reset which causes a hang and the PDU state machine is expecting more data but none will be sent.
