Pawel f539bb0374 ut/vhost: move mock functions to common vhost file ... Adding new functions to core vhost requires adding their equivalent mocks in both vhost_scsi_ut and vhost_blk_ut separatly. By adding common file "test_vhost.c", we can prevent duplicate mock functions.
