Shuhei Matsumoto 74bf9193d0 bdevperf: Move submit_task into the end of prep_task() ... This is a preparation to use zcopy APIs for write I/O. When we use zcopy APIs for write I/O, submit_task() will be called in the callback to spdk_bdev_zcopy_start().
