Jim Harris f21448cfbc test/iscsi: do not rsync dpdk directory for ext4test ... This test sets DPDK_DIR to the main repository so does not build DPDK on the mounted iSCSI LUN. So don't bother copying the dpdk subdirectory to the iSCSI LUN which saves a few seconds for every test run.
