Ben Walker ee691fef8b nvmf: Refactor spdk_nvmf_rdma_qpair_create ... Move some of the code out of the function and rename it to spdk_nvmf_rdma_qpair_initialize. In the future, the operations left in initialize will end up being deferred until the qpair is assigned to a poll group. However, for this patch there is no functional change.
