Changpeng Liu a4c344c1a4 nvme/perf: enable keep alive feature with perf 
Keep alive was enabled with RDMA/TCP transport by default, for
perf tool we should also enable it or the nvmf target may
disconnect when timer expires.

Fix issue #609.
