Tomasz Zawadzki e6473e426f ut/vhost: add rte_vhost_user.c to UT ... vhost.c contains a lot of functionality that is rte_vhost specific. This series is moving rte_vhost specific functionality to rte_vhost_user.c. UT for vhost didn't make a distinction for either. So starting with this patch the rte_vhost_user.c is now included in the UT, only stubing out rte_vhost functions.
