paul luse e5a19b3ea2 lib/idxd: replace bit arrays with lists ... The bit arrays were used for dynamic flow control in a previous implementation. They are no longer needed as flow control is now static and managed solely in the idxd plug in module. Use simple lists of descriptors and completion records instead. This is a simpler implementation and will allow for some future clean up of structures as well.
