Alexey Marchuk 3fa5bb25a9 perf: Add cli param to configure IO buffer alignment
Some HW accelerators may benefit from non-standard (512 bytes)
alignemnt.

Compiling perf on FreeBSD

To use perf test on FreeBSD over NVMe-oF, explicitly link userspace library of HBA. For example, on a setup with Mellanox HBA,
