xuhuagen 5dcb2c4678 autotest: testing of nested lvol should be retained ... in script test/nvmf/host/perf.sh github issue #396 has been fixed by removing nested lvol in patch https://review.gerrithub.io/421136, but the testing of nested lvol was removed, we can construct nvmf subsystem only after nested lovl bdev was constructed, it can also fix this issue.
