Changpeng Liu ed9f26f9c0 examples/nvme/perf: check block size after IO flags
When PRACT=0, the perf tool will skip tests for extended LBA format,
fix it now.

Compiling perf on FreeBSD

To use perf test on FreeBSD over NVMe-oF, explicitly link userspace library of HBA. For example, on a setup with Mellanox HBA,
