Alexey Marchuk c55906a30d rdma: Correct handling of RDMA_CM_EVENT_DEVICE_REMOVAL ... This event can occur for either qpair or listening device. The current implementation assumes that every event refers to a qpair which is wrong. Fix: check if the event refers to a device and disconnect all qpairs associated with the device and stop all listeners.
