Jim Harris c2117d56c6 test/reactor_ut: use more variables in dynamic scheduler ut ... The values 100 and 200 are used a lot in this part of the unit tests, many times for different reasons. So add some more variables and use some of the existing ones more often to make some of this more clear to the reader.
