Changpeng Liu 6b4b2d2913 nvme: move common pcie transport code new source files ... There are some common data structures and APIs in pcie transport which can be used both for pcie and vfio-user transport, so move the common code into a new header and source file. No actual logic change just the code movement except remove the static function declarations.
