Jim Harris befcf11a1b test/blob: check that we do not up rev super block version ... This prepares for some future changes to blobstore metadata. For older (pre v3) blobstore disks, we do not want to try to write new metadata fields, since in many/most cases, there will not be room allocated for them. The current code will keep the existing version - this is just adding tests to make sure this does not break in the future.
