Tomasz Zawadzki b8fedfa33d ut/blob: add common function to reload blobstore ... Operation of unloading and loading blobstore occurs often enough in UT to provide a common function to perform it. Added ut_bs_reload() to facilitate this. Couple occurences in this patch actually fix test cases where mistakenly opts were not passed.
