Daniel Verkamp b86ae8534a nvmf: increase emulated NVMe version to 1.3 ... Now that the NVMe-oF target emulated controller supports Identify with CNS = 03h (Namespace Identification Descriptor list), I believe we support all of the mandatory parts of NVMe 1.3, so let's increase the reported VS/VER fields to 1.3.
