Added tighter regulations to the NVMe-oF nqn checking to conform with the nvme 1.3 spec. including, adding checks for valid nqn's in the case of a generic uuid based nqn and checking for reverse domain name and colon prefixed strings in a user specific nqn. Unit tests included.
