Daniel Verkamp 38997df85d nvme/test: fix memory leaks in nvme_ns_cmd_ut 
The I/O splitting tests don't pass the I/Os through the normal
completion path, so we need to free the children ourselves.

Fixes all Valgrind warnings for nvme_ns_cmd_ut.
