dongx.yi fe7f865315 perf: Unify the unit name of IOPS.
There's one left has not been changed.
That's be ignored ever.
Change IO/s to IOPS.

Compiling perf on FreeBSD

To use perf test on FreeBSD over NVMe-oF, explicitly link userspace library of HBA. For example, on a setup with Mellanox HBA,
