Daniel Verkamp 9f04ca414c nvmf_tgt: remove unused shutdown function ... nvmf_tgt_shutdown_subsystem_by_nqn() used to be part of the delete_nvmf_subsystem RPC method, but that now uses the public spdk_nvmf_subsystem_stop() API instead. nvmf_tgt_shutdown_subsystem_by_nqn() isn't used anywhere else, so just remove it.
