Changpeng Liu 87b7f28695 examples/nvme/perf: enable no_shn_notification option 
Users can use '-N' option to disable shutdown notification
for faster shutdown process.

Compiling perf on FreeBSD

To use perf test on FreeBSD over NVMe-oF, explicitly link userspace library of HBA. For example, on a setup with Mellanox HBA,

LIBS += -lmlx5
