Jim Harris 9d9a90faa0 nvme/perf: print periodic stats to stdout every 1s This is sort of like the periodic stats that fio prints every second or so. We can add more to this later, but this by itself is a nice improvement I think. Compiling perf on FreeBSD

To use perf test on FreeBSD over NVMe-oF, explicitly link userspace library of HBA. For example, on a setup with Mellanox HBA,
