Tomasz Zawadzki 0473a303e0 ut/lvol: test vbdev_lvs_destruct() with lvol created ... Previously vbdev_lvs_destruct() was only tested without lvols created, so only simpler path was tested. spdk_lvol_close/destroy() in unit tests now properly finishes removing lvs and unregistering the device.
