Jiewei Ke eabe783cc4 bdev: speed up bdev name lookup by using rbtree 
Use the macros for red black tree provided by Free BSD to speed up bdev
name lookup in spdk_bdev_get_by_name().

In the bdev_multi_allocation test, we can get 3x ~ 5x speed up when
creating multiple bdevs for various bdev nums.
