Michal Berger 8a0d613e6f pkgdep/dnf: Refresh repo on Centos8 ... The d09acccf changed the order in which dnf, yum managers are picked up, however, the refresh step was not moved to dnf which actually is by default shipped with Centos8. Simply add the missing step.
