Aleksey Marchuk 77aef307fd nvme/rdma: Don't reg MRs for cmds and rsps ... Since now cmds and rsps buffers are allocated from huge pages, there are already registered MR for this memory. In that way we can avoid registering 2 additional MRs per qpair, just perform memory translation to get lkey.
