Daniel Verkamp 5c2952ab9d nvmf: implement NS Identification Descriptor list ... Currently, this just reports the EUI64 and NGUID types, which are already available in the Identify Namespace data, but this sets up the framework for reporting a Namespace UUID (which doesn't have a corresponding field in Identify Namespace) in the future.
