Changpeng Liu f0dc8b61dc examples/arbitration: fix wrong usage of arbitration for vfio-user transport ... This fixes commit 74dcf4aa "example/nvme/arbitration: add vfio-user transport support". For vfio-user transport, we should use static DPDK memory model for sharing memory between client and target. Also enable log option here.
