Jaylyn Ren 5f179d8bd1 perf: Fix an error about perf cores usage
There is an error when collecting the cpu usage data in perf.c.

The cpu busy data exceeds 100% when running perf tool with mutli-cores.

Compiling perf on FreeBSD

To use perf test on FreeBSD over NVMe-oF, explicitly link userspace library of HBA. For example, on a setup with Mellanox HBA,
