Daniel Verkamp 5eb129647d nvmf/bdev: refactor read/write into separate funcs ... This makes it easier to unit test the individual functions and also easier to follow the logic. These helpers will also be used in the upcoming Write Zeroes function. Also cleans up the variable names to be consistent with the rest of the code.
