Darek Stojaczyk 438c430058 pci: define an additional spdk_pci_device struct
Prepare for storing additional per-device data.

The struct doesn't store any interesting data yet,
but already has a TAILQ_ENTRY that allows us to
put it into a global pci device list. Right now
we use the list only to find the SPDK device once
the corresponding DPDK device gets removed, but
more usages will be implemented soon.
