Initial implmentation had a 1:1 session to crypto op ratio. After working with a similar concept in CompressDev checked to see if this was required and apparently it is not. Saves a decent number of API calls per crypto op and in the poller. Also saves on mempool usage. Performance improvement measurement is WIP.
