This OCF update is mainly focused on:
- New volume API
- New cache attach config instead of old cache device config
- UUID moved to different struct
- Persistent metadata is not supported due to metadata flapping (see 689c44c76ba87f80a9538c17220bb9ca6bffdda0 in OCF)
