Ben Walker 3870092dd1 bdev/nvme: For reads, if there is only one element in the iov don't use ... readv API It's cheaper to call spdk_nvme_ns_cmd_read_with_md than it is to call spdk_nvme_ns_cmd_readv_with_md, so do a quick check of the iovcnt and use the best one for the job. This is about a 15% improvement in I/Ops.
