Michal Berger ed0c738216 pkgdep/git: Align refspdk config ... Recent changes regarding CUSE and BLOBFS tests have not been reflected in config used for buidling refspdk and the one created by vm_setup.sh. See https://review.spdk.io/gerrit/c/spdk/spdk/+/3747 for details. Also, add SPDK_TEST_URING since it's used by CI as well but missing from config generated by the SPDK tooling.
