Darek Stojaczyk 244a619fa9 vhost/rpc: remove dynamic memory allocations for RPC requests contexts ... Since we no longer use external events and we access all vhost devices synchronously, we no longer need to dynamically allocate our RPC request contexts. They can be put just on the stack.
