Shuhei Matsumoto 71c0065567 ut/bdev_nvme: Add test case for SPDK shutdown ... When there still exists any NVMe bdev, if the bdev subsystem starts shutdown, spdk_bdev_unregister() is called first. To avoid regression for this scenario, add a test case.
