Jim Harris 05e7a8a8bf accel/dpdk_compressdev: start with copy of C file ... We will be creating a new accel module for DPDK compressdev. We can heavily leverage all of the code from the existing vbdev_compress.c file. So just copy that file exactly to start, and then the next patch will contain only the deltas for removing the bdev/reduce plumbing and adding the accel plumbing.
