GangCao 03b1b86078 test/bdevperf: set a random seed for rand rw testing To fix issue: #2726 And also fix the examples/nvme/perf tool. The srand() only needs to be called once to set the seed of futher more calls of rand(). Compiling perf on FreeBSD

To use perf test on FreeBSD over NVMe-oF, explicitly link userspace library of HBA. For example, on a setup with Mellanox HBA,
