Spdk/examples/nvme/perf
Ziye Yang 4192b16aa8 nvme/perf: Add the feature to test the allowed pci_list feature.
This patch is used to test the allowed pci list feature.
The reason we add in perf because NVMe Device is the typical
pci device. And we also want to make sure it works.

Compiling perf on FreeBSD

To use perf test on FreeBSD over NVMe-oF, explicitly link userspace library of HBA. For example, on a setup with Mellanox HBA,
