Recently, checked the spdk_io_device_unregister function,
it will have deferred free behaviour, and the io_device
will possibly be freed in put_io_channel function.
And this means that it is not safe to directly call:
spdk_io_device_unregister (io_device, NULL);
Then free io_device relately resource.
Because there will be channel to use the resources associated
with io_device. Then we will possibly cause a NULL pointer access.
I found this issue in bdev rbd module, and I think that the
same issue could happen in other modules. So it is better to put the
resource free function as the call back function.

This helps user to locate whether bdev_io fails in
spdk bdev layer or inside Linux AIO.
SPDK_BDEV_IO_STATUS_AIO_ERROR indicates bdev_io fails
due to Linux AIO or its lower layer's failure.
New functions spdk_bdev_io_complete_aio_status and
spdk_bdev_io_get_aio_status can be used to report out
the errno from Linux AIO.

Previously, value '0' is used to reflect efd's
invalidation. But it is possible that efd is 0
if STDIN is closed. So change related condition
checking, and assign efd to be '-1' in initializing

If interrupt is set, related poller functions will be
registered to thread interrupt instead of poller.
interrupt_tgt can create aio bdev now.

This patch removes the string from register component.
Removed are all instances in libs or hardcoded in apps.
Starting with this patch literal passed to register,
serves as name for the flag.
All instances of SPDK_LOG_* were replaced with just *
in lowercase.
No actual name change for flags occur in this patch.
Affected are SPDK_LOG_REGISTER_COMPONENT() and
SPDK_*LOG() macros.

It aims to avoid bdev starvation by setting separate
io_context to each bdev_aio io channel and link them
into group channel.
Previous, each ch of aio_bdev on a same spdk_thread shares
same io_context. If one of them submits too many IO to the
io_context, then other channels will be starved.
Moreover, if the first bdev_io gets NOMEM error, then the
following IO of this bdev have no chance to get processed.
The bdev_aio starvation can be reproduced by bdevperf in
v20.04, by:
./bdevperf -q 100 -w randwrite -t 5 -c hdd.conf -o 1048576
(hdd.conf defines 2 aio_bdevs of HDD)

Currently we provide a warning to users that the specified block
size doen not match auto-detected for AIO device, e.g.: the AIO
device uses 512B as the block size while users input 4096B when
creating SPDK AIO block device. However, the data alignment
required by kernel AIO device can use the auto-detected one,
we are over-committed for the alignment requirement, so here
just use the auto-detected block size.
Fix issue #1478.

Poller should return status > 0 when it did some work
(CPU was used for some time) marking its call as busy
CPU time.
Active pollers should return BUSY status only if they
did any meangful work besides checking some conditions
(e.g. processing requests, do some complicated operations).

We will be create fine name for each poller but it will need large
effort. Replacing spdk_poller_register by the macro SPDK_POLLER_REGISTER
will provide better name than function address with minimum effort.
Following patches may improve function name for clarification.

This is more accurate to what they are, and will make defining library
dependencies much simpler. This change in directory does not affect the
