Add parsing json as invalid cases:
1.json content that not enclosed in {}, it should be parsed as invalid, e.g.
"abc":"not encloesed in {}"
2.json content that 'subsystems' not associate with array, it will report error and return failure, e.g.
{"subsystems":"123"}
3.handle other invalid json formats, report and return failure, e.g. duplicate keys.
Added `spdk_json_find` API return errcode: EPROTOTYPE - json not enclosed in {}.
json config with content:
1."not enclosed in {}"
2."'subsystems' not be an array"
3."duplicate key in json"
and some other invaild cases will be regarded as invalid json config, and will fail to start app.

This commmit introduces a new bdev type backed up by DAOS DFS.
Design wise this bdev is a file named as the bdev itself in the DAOS POSIX
container that uses daos event queue per io channel.
Having an event queue per io channel is showing the best IO throughput.
The implementation uses the independent pool and container connections per
device's channel for the best IO throughput.
The semantic of usage is the same as any other bdev type.
To build SPDK with daos support, daos-devel package has to be installed.
The current supported DAOS version is v2.X, please see the installatoin and
setup guide here: https://docs.daos.io/v2.0/
$ ./configure --with-daos
To run it, the target machine should have daos_agent up and running, as
well as the pool and POSIX container ready to use, please see the
detailed requirements here: https://docs.daos.io/v2.0/admin/hardware/.

--json (json file used) and -f (continue_on_failure is set), the test case will run until end
--json (json file used) and as long as there is 1 Bdev met IO error, the test case will end when error happened
-z (wait_for_tests is set, means by RPC perform_tests) and -f (continue_on_failure is set), the test case will run until ctrl-c is triggered and will not end when run time is over as we could send RPC (perform_tests) several times
-z (wait_for_tests is set, means by RPC perform_tests) and as long as there is 1 Bdev met IO error, the test case will end when error happened

Fix issue: #2561
The issue here is that in the bdev_set_qd_sampling_period RPC
command, the QD sampling period has been set. Then later the
related Desc is closed and in the bdev_close() function the
QD sampling period is reset to 0.
A new QD desc is added as the QD sampling period update could
be handled properly.
Meanwhile, a new QD Poll In Progress flag is also added so as
to indicate there are ongoing events of QD sampling and the
Bdev unregister will be handled in the proper way.
Related test case and unit test also updated for this change.

verify.state files are not very useful because
we fail the tests at any first failure.
If there was something wrong with IO verification
then autotest.sh would fail.
Fio files with metrics output (IOPS, BW, latency, etc)
are also not very useful as per-patch tests are not
focused on benchmarking.

The concat module can combine multiple underlying bdevs to a single
bdev. It is a special raid level. You can add a new bdev to the end of
the concat bdev, then the concat bdev size is increased, and it won't
change the layout of the exist data. This is the major difference
between concat and raid0. If you add a new underling device to raid0,
the whole data layout will be changed. So the concat bdev is extentable.

- Added hexlify() and unhexlify() for key and key2. This is required
for keys that contain zero and non-ascii characters. Since binary
keys may contain zero character, strlen(key) cannot be used and
key_size and key2_size are used instead. Non-asci chars are not
allowed in json and using hexlified keys fixes this issue as well.
- Updated documentation to clearly state that hexlified keys must
be used.
- Updated test scripts.

SPDK test script can fail during any point of the
execution. To keep using the same devices
between test runs in CI, those devices have to
be cleaned between runs.
To select device for tests or to clean before tests,
the partition table and lack of mount points is used.
SPDK GPT partitions were always considered not in use.
Meanwhile Linux GPT were not, even if lacking a mount
point.
Some of the SPDK tests create Linux GPT partitions,
which might remain after a test run.
Linux GPT partitions created during tests now contain
"SPDK_TEST" as part of their partition name.
This allows marking such block devices as 'not in use',
to be cleaned and used in further SPDK test.

Our tests, especially those which use nvme block devices for various
use-cases, won't be able to perform successful IO on such devices.
The idea is to skip them for now and introduce basic, dedicated,
tests for zoned nvmes in oncoming patches.

This is mostly relevant for making sure the nvme drive used for gpt
test is cleaned up. To that effect, replace dd with wipefs to make
sure all signatures are wiped and kernel updated with the changes.
Also, since gpt test is not supported on FreeBSD don't try to run
it from autotest.

gen_nvme.sh will no longer generate the legacy configuration.
"--json" option will still work for any current users of the script.
Tests were modified to no longer use the "--json" option.
Meanwhile others were simplified with switch to "--json-with-subsystems".

Purpose of this flag is sketchy at best.
Failing tests should be either fixed or disabled/removed.
Running separate job in hopes of it fixing itself,
might not bring the expected outcome.
Case in point - test case in this patch
was added to this flag over a year ago.
This is last remaining test case under this flag.
So there is no need for it to exist.

The hardcoded path is replaced with $CONFIG_FIO_SOURCE_DIR as defined
during the compile time.
Additionally, all checks which determine if fio is available are now
based on $CONFIG_FIO_PLUGIN=y knob instead of the presence of the fio
repo.

We've now supported ZCOPY io type and Malloc bdev will use
ZCOPY for the read/write operation. Add the support for the
test case of Malloc with ZCOPY operation.

Now we can actually know which tests we are running on which bdevs when
we call blockdev.sh. Removing the conditionals from the configuration
setup (or failing if they don't succeed) and then calling run_test from
the top level allows us to reliably track the bdev tests and fail if
they don't run on a desired class of bdev.

Some bdevs don't support unmap so they may not be able to run the fio
unmap tests. In case none of the bdevs we are testing support this
operation, the test will be skipped.

This allows us to run the NBD tests on any combination of bdevs
based on the flags passed to the script. Previously we ran the tests
on a specific grouping of bdevs and opted to only free one type (passthru)
over RPC after the test ran. Rather than free all bdev types in the new
implementation, I opted to not free any of them via RPC and rather allow
the application to close them at termination time.

Previously, we only ran bdevperf tests against GPT partitioned NVMe
drives. These tests are generally applicable and should be run against
all of the bdev types we support.
So long story short this configuration file isn't needed and we can just
get rid of it.
