Allow to specify optimal IO boundary for
malloc bdev, it can be used to test split
of IO requests on generic bdev layer

This is more accurate to what they are, and will make defining library
dependencies much simpler. This change in directory does not affect the
final placement of naming of libraries at the end of time.
