Ben Walker	1fc4a182bd	nvmf: Subsystem now has a pointer to the session ... There is only one controller per subsystem, so therefore there can be 0 or 1 sessions. Change the list of sessions to a pointer that can be NULL if no session exists. Daniel Verkamp	f8296a99c2	nvmf: rename subsystem_grp.[ch] to subsystem.[ch] ... NVMf does not have the concept of subsystem groups; the (former) subsystem_grp files really contain structures and functions related to individual subsystems.
