Added struct lvol_bdev wrapping around spdk_bdev.
This will help with passing around any context.
For this patch only spdk_lvol is still used.

Change the first parameter of vbdev_lvs_create() from bdev pointer
to bdev name, and then remove spdk_bdev_get_by_name() from
rpc_bdev_lvol_create_lvolstore().

This is more accurate to what they are, and will make defining library
dependencies much simpler. This change in directory does not affect the
final placement of naming of libraries at the end of time.
